Sardis Lake Marina
Sardis Lake Marina as a company is pretty self-explanatory - it's a marina located in Sardis, MS. During my time working with them, I was primarily tasked with product design - stickers, towels, other merchandise - which gradually broadened to design for advertising and other aspects of brand identity.

Sardis Lake Marina was in search of fun, creative product designs to turn into merchandise for the marina gift shop. I created this popsicle design that has now been turned into stickers and shirts, with a repeating design created for beach towels, tote bags, and other products. The five colors requested for stickers are pictured above, with an initial and revised beach towel design to the left. Product mock ups and stocked inventory featured below. This merchandise is still available for purchase in the gift shop and has been commented on many times by customers and workers alike.

Aside from the popsicle stickers, I also facilitated the creation and inventory stocking of Sardis Lake Marina branded tumblers. This was the first stage of my involvement with the company, but it would not be the last!

After providing product designs of the popsicle-themed variety, I began talking to Sardis Lake Marina's team about a larger rebrand. The marina, residing in sleepy Sardis, Mississippi, wanted to revitalize its branding by leaning into imagery from the past - retro swimsuits and vintage cars promoting summer fun against a timeless and classic aesthetic backdrop.

My process began with a vision board, expanding into logo and billboard exploration. There was also talk of animated promotional material, which I provided designs for and storyboarded.
